Fish Sales: Offering fresh, frozen, whole, or cut fish. As an Oregon Licensed Producer, all fish is prepared in my own inspected kitchen in Portland.

Hot Food Vendor: Providing catering services and prepared foods at events, farmers markets, and restaurants.

Farmer: Growing fresh, seasonal produce primarily for restaurant supply and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) boxes. Also available to host field trips, playgroups, and small events on the farm.

Educational Services: Offering classes on cooking, fish processing, and food preservation, often in collaboration with the OSU Extension Office. These classes aim to promote Indigenous Food Sovereignty and enhance Food Security.
